Frank Sisley (born 1921) was a landscape and figure painter working with a rich palette in the Expressionist tradition.  He was born in London and studied art at the Woolwich Polytechnic.  He exhibited with the Free Painters and Sculptors (of which group he was a member), and with the Artists International Association, the Redfern Gallery and the Loggia Gallery.  His drawing of his fellow artist Alan Reynolds is held in the archive at the Tate Gallery. Frank Sisley lived at Bognor Regis in West Sussex.
