Description: An unframed original silkscreen print, dating we think to circa 1982, by Patrick Hayman. It is unsigned, without inscription, and came from the collection of his artist friend, Elspeth Spottiswood (1926-2016) who lived latterly in Hampshire. We acquired some drawings by Hayman of Elspeth Spottiswood, and this print, which came with a folder inscribed by Patrick Hayman 'Silk Screens, by Patrick Hayman, April 1982'. An image of this folder is attached to this listing. However, the folder is not included in the sale of this print. The image itself is in good condition save for two small spots of foxing. The margins have some creases, some sporadic light foxing, a very short tear on the lower edge, and some staining especially at the lower left corner of the sheet. The provenance is guaranteed.

Size: About 10.2 x 16.5 inches image size and about 15.0 x 20.0 inches sheet size; unframed.
