Title: 'An Interior' - an original pencil signed lithograph; framed
Description: An original lithograph, pencil signed by the artist lower right, and annotated lower left 'Epreuve d'artiste' (an artist's proof), circa 1950. The lithograph is in generally very good condition, with strong colours. The provenance is the well-known art dealers R S Savage & Sons of Northampton and then the collection of the London lawyer Mr D J W Dryburgh, who was an active collector of art in the 1940s and 1950s. The frame with a burr walnut effect finish is a later addition. We also have other Humbert lithographs from the same collection, ex The Redfern Gallery.
