Delivery Information and Returns

EVERY item we sell includes Free Shipping to UK mainland addresses. For UK mainland shipping we use Royal Mail Signed For service for small items and Parcelforce 24, UPS and TNT for larger items. On occasions we are able to deliver in person.

Overseas sales: We may also be able to ship overseas subject to the size and value of the work and the destination country. Please enquire giving your destination postcode / ZIP code and we will advise potential costs on a case by case basis. Overseas clients may also have to pay import taxes /Value Added Tax or similar in their own country.

DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE

Items are guaranteed to be substantially as described by us (there may for example be minor discrepancies in dimensions and not all wear and tear may be described in detail). Please bear in mind that as we sell paintings and prints many of which may date to the 1940s/1970s all of the items offered for sale will be in used condition, and as such some wear and tear is to be expected as a consequence of years of use, especially in respect of older picture frames.  We are of course more than happy to provide additional photographs and more detailed condition reports on request prior to an order being placed for an item(s). We prefer to deal with every order on a personalised basis, with each customer being treated as a valued individual.

RETURN POLICY


Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If any item we ship to a buyer does not meet customer expectation or requirements, then the customer should contact us either by email, telephone or letter within 14 days beginning the day after the goods have been received to request resolution of any issue or to request a full refund. In these circumstances we require the customer to pay the cost of returning the item to us in the condition in which it was sent and packed to the same standard to avoid damage in transit. Refunds of the original purchase price will be made promptly upon return of goods and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation of the order. In addition any purchase made to us via PayPal is covered by their Buyer Protection Policies. Statutory UK consumer rights are not affected. We will deal quickly with the matter to address any concerns.
