Description: A painter and printmaker, Barry Kirk was born in Kent and studied at the Royal College of Art under Julian Trevelyan. During the 1960s he focused on urban subjects, and exhibited at the Royal Academy etc.

Kirk has been represented by the Francis Kyle Gallery of London W1 since 1993, and has had several one man shows there. The gallery offers his work at prices in the range of £1,800 to £11,000. A retrospective show was held in 2006 at the Harley Gallery in Nottinghamshire.

This work measures 21.8 x 21.8'' image size, and is pencil signed, titled, dated 1962 and annotated 'Artists Proof'. It has a 1960s label verso from Woodstock Gallery Ltd, fine art dealers of London W1. The print is housed in it's original frame...
