Description: Bernard Cheese is one of Britain's best known and respected printmakers.  He studied at the Royal College of Art in London 1947/50, and then taught printmaking at St Martin's School of Art and Design before becoming Senior Lecturer at Goldsmith's College, London.  He now lives and works near Colchester, and has many of his works in both public and private collections including the Contemporary Art Society and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

This unframed lithograph measures about 12 x 17.5 inches image size and the paper size is 18 x 20.5 inches.  The work is pencil signed, titled 'Vineyard in Vaucluse' and is numbered 24 of 25.  It is on good quality paper deckled at the edges and has an embossed stamp lower right corner which reads 'Bernard Cheese - Hand Print...
