Description: Andre Bicat was born in England of a French father and English mother.  He was a painter and printmaker who received international recognition, and he found many of his subjects in France and Italy. He showed regularly at the Royal Academy, and at the Redfern Gallery, Leicester Galleries, and Leger Gallery in London. He was also a tutor in printmaking at the Royal College of Art.

This unframed lithograph is in fine condition, and is pencil signed and numbered 41 of 50 by the artist.  It is from the 35 Artists Printmaking series published by the Royal College of Art in 1982.  Another impression of this print is held in the Government Art Collection...
