Title: 'Dorset Dusk' (framed original block print)

Description:  Denis Lowson was a very well established painter and printmaker, who had lived at Swanage in Dorset for many years. He exhibited at the Royal Academy in the 1970s.

This original block print is titled 'Dorset Dusk' is numbered 1 of 10 prints only, and is pencil signed and dated 1979 on the inner slip.  The subject - birds on the shore - is very typical of Lowson's work.  It measures image size about 11.7 x 14 inches.  The print is in very good condition save for some minor creasing near to the upper edge.

The silver coloured frame is adequate but strangely a small piece of the frame is missing at the lower left corner.  The print can be sent either framed or unframed, the only difference is the cost of shipping.
