Description: Painter and printmaker, born at Hethersett in Norfolk. Reeve studied at the Slade School under Tonks and Steer and at the Royal College of Art. He exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists, London Group, New English Art Club etc, and his work is represented in many public collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Tate Gallery.  He worked extensively in East Anglia, and also in Europe, often in Spain and Portugal.

The present original aquatint is pencil signed, numbered 3 of 50, titled and dated 1960. It is on Whatman watermarked paper and has the Reeve studio stamp verso. The aquatint measures about 10.9 x 14.7 inches image size and on its full sheet it measures 17 x 20.2 inches. It is in good condition save for some handling creases and minor marks to the margin.
