Description: A Diplomat (model #209) vintage chair designed by Finn Juhl for France & Son in 1961, made from solid rosewood with brown leather upholstery.

This chair was produced by Cado (who took over France & Son in the mid 1960s). It has the Cado metal disk, and the gold France & Son logo and the 'made in denmark' stamp (please see photo).  As a result we think the chair may be a 1960s production.

The chair is in nice original vintage condition, with some wear to the leather as pictured - including a scratch. The solid rosewood frame is in good condition..
