Description: A lovely example of Wegner's classic J16 rocking chair designed in 1944. This particular chair was produced on the 4th November 1977 and features the more desirable lacquered oak frame.

The chair is in good condition and has some wear and tear consistent with its age and use, in particular there is some light staining to the papercord seat (see photo) and some loss of the black lacquer to the end of one of the chair arms and to the leg on the same side.  There are a few other minor chips and losses to the lacquer but overall this is a very nice chair in sound structural condition.  It should give many years of pleasure...
