Description: A Cone chair designed by Panton in 1958. In the same year the Panton designed Komigen restaurant opened it's doors by his Parents. It was an instant hit, as was the Cone Chair he created for it.

This particular example is vintage, probably 1960s. We have had the chair professionally recovered in gorgeous Knoll Textile red hopsack (meets current UK fire regulations) and new foam cut to the original shape throughout. We would be happy to show images of the chair in it's original state.

The base has suffered from some pitting as one might expect over the years, but the chair is in good sound condition for it's age. These currently retail for around £1400 but are now produced by Vitra. Perfect for the bedroom or hall, a gorgeous chair!...
