Description:
An elegant
easy chair designed in the 1960s by Agnoli who was born in
Peru, 1931. He returned to his family home of Italy and
later studied as a painter and architecture where he
graduated and assisted under Gio Ponti.
In 1986 he won the
Compasso d'Oro (Golden Compass) Award gold medal at the
Neocon in Chicago.
This
particular chair is from a range of wicker designed
furniture which also includes a very similar day bed. The wicker seat,
back and frame work is in very good condition, and all four
feet are intact. A very comfortable piece with looks to
match...
