Description: Michael Blaker, RE, RWA (born 1928, Hove, Sussex) is a well known painter, printmaker and author, now based in Kent.  He studied at Brighton College of Art after the war, and has exhibited widely, including at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Royal Society of Painter Etchers and Royal West of England Academy. He was elected RE 1975 (now a Senior Fellow) and RWA 1987. His work is represented in the Victoria & Albert Museum and in other leading collections.

The present work is an original hand coloured etching titled 'Snow in Rochester', which measures about 10.7 x 14.5 inches image size and 12.7 x 16.5 inches sheet size. It is signed and titled by the artist in the plate and is also pencil signed, titled in the margin and #4 from an edition of 175 etchings. This work is unframed and is in good original condition...
