Title: Two figures in a Landscape - an original signed lithograph, unframed

Description: The present work is an original lithograph, pencil signed, dated (19)64 and numbered 11 from a small edition of 25 prints, and titled in pencil verso 'Two figures in a Landscape'. The image size is about 19.6 x 27.5 inches and the sheet size is about 22.5 x 31 inches. The lithograph was printed and published by the Curwen Studio in 1964 on handmade and watermarked Barcham Green Crisbrook wove paper, and it was acquired recently from the Curwen Archive in Cambridge.  The work is in very good fresh condition, save for some tape residue to the reverse and some creasing to the margin along the lower edge of the print. This lithograph is represented in the Tate Gallery's permanent print collection and given the small print run is a scarce item...
