Title: 'Tropical Garden II' - an original signed serigraph, framed   

Description: Peter Eastham (born 1956, Lancashire) is a painter and printmaker, particularly in etching and lithography.  He studied graphics and illustration at The Bath Academy of Art. He is perhaps best known for his prints of warmer climes, especially Portugal, Italy and the south of France, some of which were published by CCA Galleries.  Apart from his landscapes and interiors, he is also known for his portraits. He has exhibited widely in the UK and overseas.

The present work is an original serigraph, pencil signed, titled 'Tropical Garden II', numbered 84 from an edition of 200, and measuring about 29 x 20.7 inches image size and about 40 x 30.5 inches in its simple silver coloured frame.  It has the CCA Galleries label verso and was published and presumably framed by them. The print is in good condition as is the frame.  The work is protected by perspex rather than glass due to the size of the image. This does facilitate easier transportation!...
