Description: This is one of three original etchings we have by this artist, all from the collection of Sir George Pollock Bt, who had an interest in the work of Stanley William Hayter and the artists who worked with him at Atelier 17 in Paris, of whom Yoshiko Noma was one. This particular print is pencil signed by the artist lower right, titled, dated (19)59 and annotated 'Epreuve d'Artiste' (an Artist's Proof). It is printed on BFK Rives watermarked paper with deckle edges. The printed image is in excellent condition with strong unfaded colours. There is a crease to the margin at upper left, two small stains to the margins upper right, and a very small paper tear at the extreme lower right corner...
Size: About 19.5 x 14.0 inches plate size (494 mm x 357 mm) and about 25.7 x 19.7 inches sheet size (655 mm x 500 mm). Unframed.
